The Ventura County Office of Education is pleased to announce that Audrey Kao, a sophomore at Westlake High School, submitted the winning artwork that will represent the 2016 Ventura County Science Fair.Audrey’s artwork features a pair of young students planting flags on a planet that spell out “STEAM,” an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. The California Department of Education today released the results of new statewide student tests known as the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP).
