Special Needs Kids Receive New Shoes for the Holidays
Students at Phoenix Los Nogales School in Camarillo received a big surprise this morning as members of the Oxnard Police Department SWAT team brought them new shoes for the holidays. The students waited in anticipation as the SWAT team rolled up in an armored vehicle full of brightly colored packages.
